James J. McCullough, JD

Jim McCullough is a litigation partner in the Washington, DC law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver, and Jacobson. He heads the firm’s government contracts practice and participates in the resolution of government contract disputes involving litigation and alternative dispute resolution techniques, including mediation and arbitration. He also serves as government contracts counsel in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint venture transactions involving aerospace and defense companies.
